Turn Your Lifting History into Actionable Strength Analysis
Strength Journeys is a free suite of lifting tools, and it really comes alive with your own training data. Follow these steps to connect your sheet and unlock personalized insights.

Step 1: Copy the Template

Start with the sample Google Sheet and use File → Make a copy. This gives you your own private log in the exact format Strength Journeys expects.

Step 2: Log Your Sessions

Put your lifting history in Google Sheets using columns for date, lift type, reps, and weight. One set per row. Use "lb" or "kg". Start with the big four: squat, bench, deadlift, and strict press.

Step 3: Sign In + Connect

First sign in with Google. Then choose your lifting sheet in the Google Picker. Every time you visit Strength Journeys, your browser re-reads your latest Google Sheet data so your insights stay current. We never store your raw rows.

Step 4: Train Smarter

Start on the Home Dashboard for daily inspiration, momentum, consistency grades, and session recaps. Then go to the Big Four lift pages for your best insights: e1RM trends, tonnage, rep-range PRs, and strength standards.

Your sheet stays yours: read-only access, no edits, no raw-data storage. Privacy Policy
