Your preview stays in your browser. If you choose to save it, Strength Journeys writes it into a Google Sheet in your own Drive and does not keep a server-side copy.

Why move your Hevy data?

Hevy gives you a useful workout export. Strength Journeys turns its weighted, rep-based sets into progression charts, PR history, and volume trends, while keeping a readable copy in a Google Sheet you control.

What you get

  • Progression charts and volume trends built from Hevy's weighted, rep-based sets.
  • Automatic PR detection across imported lifts and rep ranges.
  • Support for both metric and imperial Hevy workout exports.
  • Merge with Strong, Wodify, BTWB, or any other app into one unified timeline.
  • A Google Sheet you control: edit, share with a coach, or back up whenever you want.

How to export from Hevy

  1. 1In Hevy, open Profile → Settings → Export & Import Data.
  2. 2Tap Export Data → Export Workouts, then save the CSV file.
  3. 3Upload the file here and review the imported sets and any rows that could not be converted.
  4. 4Explore the preview, or sign in to save it to your own Google Sheet.

Already used other apps too?

Most lifters have history scattered across two or three apps. Import each file and review the preview. We normalize compatible lift names, preserve readable source details, and skip matching sets before anything is merged.
